About the Founder
Adam Greenslade founded NCSG in 2008 with over 12 years experience in all levels of government, including the last three
years as a registered lobbyist.
Prior to becoming a registered lobbyist, Mr. Greenslade was employed by the Ohio Republican Party in Columbus, Ohio where he served in several different capacities, including Northern Ohio Field Coordinator, Northwest Ohio Field Director and Special Assistant to the Chairman. During his tenure at the ORP, Mr. Greenslade represented the Party in 46 of Ohio’s 88 counties, working very closely with candidates, county chairmen, state committee members and local, state and federal elected officials.
In 2001, Mr. Greenslade was assigned by the ORP to the Republican National Committee for their new 72-Hour Program. His duties took him to Virginia, where the focus of this program was to champion new grassroots techniques to be used around the country in future elections. These techniques have since been put to use to produce historical gains in the 2002 and 2004 federal elections.
Mr. Greenslade also brings with him extensive state legislative experience, having worked in both chambers of the Ohio Legislature, including four years in the office of State Senator Larry Mumper. During this time he assisted constituents on various issues concerning all facets of state government. Additionally, Mr. Greenslade was heavily involved in the Senator’s legislative affairs, working closely with staff to guide specific policy measures through the legislative process to the point of becoming law.
Although Mr. Greenslade has shown a unique ability to work across Party lines to serve his clients, he remains to be very politically active at the local, state & federal level. He is immediate past Chairman of the Sandusky County Republican Central Committee, and previously served as a member of the Republican State Central and Executive Committee of Ohio representing the 26th State Senate District.
